Washington The state of Washington requires that anyone inspecting
properties for wood destroying organisms, damage, or conditions leading to these pests must be licensed by WSDA as a Structural Pest
Inspector (SPI). As a home inspector in WA you will need to be licensed - at a minimum an inspector will pass an exam, license
