A Home Watch Service is when the home owner chooses to have someone visit
their home on a regular basis, making sure that if problems within the home occur that those issues will be handled appropriately while
the home owners are away for an extended period of time.

they work in. They should carry insurance and be bonded. These items should be a minimum. The really good Home Watch Services
often are Home Inspectors or Mold Assessors, these industries have additional related knowledge about homes and how to
handle problems should they arise. They also will be typically more responsible, reliable and professional since they
already have an existing business with a reputation to uphold.
